What are the products available Instantly after purchase?
All product title ending with "Instant Delivery" are available instantly after purchase, please click here to view all digital products.
Where I can get the code for Instant Delivery?
You can get the code under Customer Dashboard › My Digital Order
Is there a daily limit for digital orders?
Yes, there is a daily purchase limit of AED 1,000 (or its equivalent in other currencies). If an order exceeds this limit, it will be reviewed, and the digital code(s) will be generated within 24 hours.
What payment methods are acceptable for Instant Delivery?
We only accept credit/debit card payments for instant delivery.
- Cash on Delivery orders are not eligible for digital deliveries
- We do not offer Return or Exchange on any digital products

What is a Pre-Order?
A pre-order is an order placed for an item which has not yet been released. The idea for pre-orders came when people found it hard to get popular items in-stores due to their popularity.
When an item opens for Pre-Order, we include our best estimate of the availability date. We will always do our best to meet this date. However sometimes production and shipping schedules change, which means we need to update the timing accordingly.
Note: Your credit card will be charged immediately once your Pre-Order is submitted.
How do I know that my order has been successfully submitted?
You will receive an email acknowledgement containing the order reference number and details of your purchase or you can login to find all of your successful orders under your Account dashboard > My Orders.
Note: Please also check your Spam/Junk folder.
Can I check the status of my order?

Can I Cancel My Order?
Yes! In case you would like to cancel your order kindly send us an email to support@geekay.com within 24 hours of your order confirmation. If your order is not shipped we will cancel the order and will process refund.
International Orders: If your order is shipped, we cannot cancel the order
Digital Products: We do not offer Return or Exchange on any digital products
I’ve put the wrong address on my order?
Please email us as soon as possible with the full, correct address so we can try and change this before the shipment leaves our warehouse.
Is there a minimum order value?
No, there is no minimum order value.
What is your return/exchange policy?
What is your warranty period?
Consoles (Hardware), Games (Software), accessories, subscription/gift cards, and digital PC games do not carry any warranty. However, some Accessories & Consoles (Hardware) have different warranty conditions depending on the manufacturer only if mentioned on the products page. In case of a warranty claim, the customer can contact our customer service team. The warranty covers manufacturing defects only. Physical damage is not covered.
I received a damaged or defective product, what should I do?
We take extra care to ensure that your product reaches you in the best possible condition, so if it doesn't, we need to know about it. If your item is damaged or defective when it arrives, please let us know within 24 hours of receiving it by contacting our customer services team in addition please send us an email at [email protected] and we will do our best to help you.
Can I change my shipping address after I checkout?
Once you've checked out, you will not be able to update your shipping address.
Customs, Duties and Taxes.
International orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are typically collected once the shipment arrives in the recipient’s country.
Any additional costs related to customs clearance must be paid by the recipient. Geekay has no control over these charges and cannot predict the exact amount, as customs policies vary widely by country.

How do I collect Geekay XPs on www.geekay.com?
For collecting XPs on www.geekay.com, you need to make sure that you have provided the Mobile Number registered on the Geekay Rewards app wihile logging / signing in on www.geekay.com
I made a purchase on www.geekay.com, but why did I have not received my XPs?
Geekay XPs are awarded when the Product that you have got gets 'Shipped Out'.
If I purchase from a Geekay Store while tagging my Geekay Rewards Profile Barcode, how much time will it take for the XPs to get credited?
Geekay XPs will be credited immediately when you do a Geekay Rewards tagged purchase at any Geekay Store.
I have cancelled an order, will I get back the XPs I redeemed?
"Yes, the XPs you redeemed will be re-credited to you acount after deducting the Shipping or COD charges. Shipping / COD charges - whatever is applicable."
What are Coupons and Offers?
Coupons are digital instruments entitling you to avail special discounts on your purchase or they can special offers.
Where can I see my Coupons and Offer?
On the Checkout Page of the Website, click on the Available Coupons section to see your Coupon.
What are the different Types of Coupons available on the Geekay Rewards App?
There are mainly 3 types of coupons on the Geekay Rewards App. Online Coupon - Can only be used on www.geekay.com In-Store Coupons - Can only be used in any of the Geekay or Geek Nation Stores Online / In-Store Coupon - Can be used either on www.geekay.com or at any Geekay or Geek Nation store However, every coupon has its own Terms and Conditions, the usage might have some restrictions.
I have an Online Coupon, how do I use it?
Please open the coupon from the Geekay Rewards App 'What's Hot' section, and tap on the coupon you want to use, You will now be able to copy the Coupon Code that needs to be applied on the Check Out page on www.geekay.com
How many times can I use a coupon?
Some coupons can be used only once, some can be used multiple times. Usage details are given in the specific coupon Terms & Conditions
Can I use a coupon on a discounted Product?
No, coupons are applicable only on full-priced products.
Does Coupons expire?
Yes, the coupon will have a date of expiry; such an expiry date will be mentioned in the Coupon Terms and Conditions.
Where can I see my XP details?
XP details can be seen in the My Account Page on the website.

What payment methods do you accept?
We currenty accept following payment methods:
- Visa or Master (Credit / Debit Card)
- Cash on delivery (COD)
- Tabby - split your purchases into 4 interest-free payments (UAE & KSA)
- Tamara – Pay easier with Tamara – split your purchases into 2, 3 or 4 payments (KSA)
Which countries is Tabby & Tamara available in?
Tabby is available in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait.
Tamara is available in the UAE and Saudi Arabia
What categories/items are not included for Tabby & Tamara purchases?
Pre-orders and digital cards are not included.
What are the minimum and maximum amounts for Tabby & Tamara?
UAE & KSA (Tabby & Tamara)
- The minimum transaction amount for Tabby & Tamara is AED 10 or SAR 10.
- The maximum transaction amount varies depending on the customer's previous purchase history with Tabby or Tamara and can go up to AED 5,000 or SAR 5,000.
Kuwait (Tabby only)
- The minimum transaction amount for Tabby is KWD 20.
- The maximum transaction amount varies depending on the customer's previous purchase history with Tabby and can go up to KWD 500
Are online payments & my card information secure?
Yes, we use industry-standard Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology to encrypt all personal data that is sent over the internet from your computer to our server. Our servers are (PCI-DSS) compliance and all your personal data kept secured and is protected by a firewall.
We do not store you credit / debit card details, all transactions will be done through CyberSource, a Visa company.

Are Digital codes region locked?
Yes, any download games, subscriptions cards or add-ons are region locked. Please refer to products description to make sure you are buying the right product. For example PSN UAE Card may not work on PSN US account.
Please Note: We are unable to Return or Exchange any digital code where regional compatibility is the issue.

In-Store Availability?
The products listed on Geekay website are also available at our stores.
While we make every effort to update our In-Store availability regularly, we recommend you contact the store to ensure the item you want is in-stock. You'll find their phone number, along with their address by clicking on the store name in the availability results. In many cases a Geekay will be able to set the item aside until you arrive to purchase it.
Note: Prices listed on our website are for online purchases only, so please be aware that in-store pricing may vary.
Is Warranty Included?
All games (Software's), subscription Cards does not come with warranty. However, some Accessories & Console (Hardware) have different warranty conditions depending on the manufacturer only if mentioned on the products page.
Please note: The warranty covered only in UAE and subject to availability of the product in case of replacement.

How do I delete my account and personal data on the Geekay website/app?
To delete your account, you will need to send an email to [email protected].
Please Note: Deletion of your account and personal data is permanent and cannot be undone. Geekay will not be able to recover/restore your account or the data that is deleted. All of your Orders History, Addresses, and other associated data will be permanently deleted.
