Introduction
The ‘Geekay Mobile application’, ‘Geekay Rewards’ and ‘Geekay Websites’ (geekay.com) are the property of Geekay Group Companies, namely

The Geekay Group Companies and its subsidiaries or sister companies (mentioned above) are referred to as ‘Geekay’ (or referred to as ‘Geekay Group’, ‘we’, ‘our’, or ‘us’).
These terms and conditions of use ("Terms and Conditions") apply to your use of the ‘Geekay Mobile application’, ‘Geekay Rewards’ and ‘Geekay Websites’, which may include any features, services, or content available on or through these platforms (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, which, in conjunction with our Privacy Policy, govern the interactions between you and the Geekay Group.
Geekay Group reserves the right, at our discretion, to change, modify, add, or remove portions of these Terms and Conditions of Use. Changes will be effective when posted on the Geekay Websites or the Geekay Mobile application, and no other notice will be provided. Therefore, we advise you to check these Terms and Conditions of Use regularly for updates. By entering the site or using the Geekay Mobile application, you are indicating your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not enter the Geekay Websites or use the Geekay Mobile application.
Account Creation and Use
To use certain features of the Services, you may be required to create an account and provide certain information, including a valid email address, mobile number etc... You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information and the confidentiality of the information you submit through "My Account/Profile" and your account credentials and restricting access to your device to avoid transferring your account information to other users. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities under "My Account/Profile" or account credentials. You may not use anyone else’s account without their permission. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account, and remove or edit the content you submit on the site or if we suspect any fraudulent or unauthorized use of your account.
Content
All names, titles, logos, and designs appearing on Geekay Websites or the Geekay Mobile application that identify our products and brands, including any derivative and related characters, titles, logos, and designs, are trademarks and the sole and exclusive property of Geekay Group. Any other names, titles, logos, and designs appearing on our platforms are the property of their respective owners.
The use of any trademarks appearing on Geekay Websites or the Geekay Mobile application without the express written consent of the owner of the brand is strictly prohibited.
Geekay Websites or the Geekay Mobile application also contains copyrighted material, trademarks, and other proprietary information, including but not limited to text, photographs, graphics, images, illustrations, audio, video, and the entire contents of the platforms. These are protected by copyright as a collective work and/or compilation under the GCC laws, international conventions, and other copyright laws. Any unauthorized use or reproduction of copyrighted material or trademarks on our platforms is strictly prohibited.
Use of Our Platforms
You may use our websites and mobile application only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms and conditions. You may not use our platforms in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our servers or networks, or interfere with any other user’s access to our platforms. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our platforms, or to any accounts, servers, or networks connected to our platforms. You agree not to use our platforms to harass, defame, or impersonate any person or entity.
Third-Party Links
Our Websites or Mobile Application may contain links to third-party websites that are not owned or controlled by us. We are not responsible for the content or services provided by any third-party website linked to or from our platforms, and you access them at your own risk.
Please note that any other website accessed from our platforms is independent of us, and we have no control over the content or services provided by that website. We do not endorse or accept any responsibility for the content or use of any third-party website.
Any reference to a third party or a third-party product or service on our platforms should not be construed as our approval or endorsement of that third party or any product or service provided by a third party.
Arbitration and Actions
These Terms and Conditions shall be interpreted, construed, and governed by the laws of the GCC countries. The courts of Dubai shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from or related to these Terms and Conditions.
Age Restrictions
Geekay Websites or the Geekay Mobile application is intended for individuals who are 18 years of age or older. If you are under the age of 18, you may only use our Services with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. We cannot prevent minors from accessing or using our Services, so it is the responsibility of parents, guardians, or other responsible individuals to decide which materials are appropriate for minors to view, use and/or purchase.
By using our Services or providing us with any information, you certify that you are legally able to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction (usually 18 years of age or older) or, if you are under the legal age of consent, you have the express permission from your parent or guardian. You also certify that any information you provide to us is truthful and accurate.
We require that all purchases be made either (i) by individuals who are legally able to enter into binding contracts (usually 18 years of age or older) or (ii) by minors with the express permission of a parent or legal guardian.
Termination of Usage
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to all or part of the Geekay Websites or the Geekay Mobile application without notice if we, in our sole discretion, believe that your conduct violates any applicable law, breaches these Terms and Conditions, or is harmful to the interests of other users, associates, or the company. Furthermore, we reserve the right to decline any order from any customer at our sole discretion.
Geekay Rewards
- By Registering on the Geekay Rewards Program from the Geekay Mobile application or Geekay Websites or any other platform, you accept the terms and conditions of Geekay Rewards. Geekay Group reserves the right to amend, cancel or change the terms and conditions or suspend the Geekay Rewards Program at any time without any notice, and Geekay Group has the sole discretion on the same. The terms and conditions of Geekay Group's Loyalty Program, herein referred to as "Geekay Rewards," are listed below:
- The Geekay Rewards membership commences when the customer registers into the program using the Geekay Mobile application or from one of the Geekay Websites, validating the account Once and setting up the password. The Geekay Rewards membership gets activated after the customer registers on the Geekay Mobile application.
- The membership is valid for one (1) year from joining the program. At least one purchase per year is a prerequisite for successive membership renewal.
- Geekay Group reserves the right to terminate any membership without notice at its sole discretion. Any discontinuance of membership does not limit Geekay Group's right to use information/data collected on members during the term of membership.
- This program is applicable across all approved participating retail stores of the Geekay Group and its partners and on Geekay websites.
- Only one (1) membership per GSM phone number. Suppose any member changes the phone number, the exact need to be done on the Geekay Mobile application. The membership belongs to the member with the registered mobile number.
- The membership is non-transferable and can only be used by the authenticated/validated member. The customer needs to complete successful OTP validation on the registered number to complete authentication.
- If Geekay Group decides on any, membership charges and terms are at its sole discretion.
- Geekay Points are known as Geekay Experience Points, herein referred to as Geekay XPs or XPs.
- Geekay Rewards members are entitled to earn XPs on purchasing any regular-priced products or what is otherwise announced by Geekay Group. XPs earning structure may vary from promotion to promotion and format to format
- The value of 10 XPs is equal to one (1) United Arab Emirates Dirham. However, members from the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Oman, and Bahrain will receive the equivalent value in their respective currencies, as defined in the Geekay Mobile application.
- XPs can only be earned/redeemed through the Mobile Application in the Geekay Retail Stores or Geekay Partnering Stores or from the Geekay Websites (Linked accounts with Geekay Rewards). To redeem XPs, Members must ensure that they have completed their profile on the Geekay Mobile application to be able to redeem XPs.
- The XPs are valid for redemption within one year from the date of purchase. For any special promotion or any other Geekay Rewards promotion, the Expiry of XPs may vary basis the promotion specifics. The expiry date of the XPs accrued during these special promotions is visible in the “Rewards >> Rewards Summary”
- XPs earning structure may vary from Promotion to Promotion and format to format. Kindly refer to the Geekay Rewards Mobile Application for the latest point-made structure.
- The XPs earning percentage varies depending on the Tiers. The tiers are explained as follows:
- The Silver Tier is the joining tier for the Geekay Rewards program. When a member joins, they automatically qualify for the silver tier. A silver tier member will earn 0.15% of the value spend on Digital, and 0.5% of the value spend on Hardware, Laptops, Computers, and PC Components, and 2% of the value spend on Merchandise, Software and Accessories Products.
- The Gold Tier is achieved when a member spends AED 5000 (or AED 5000 equivalent currency in K.S.A., Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman, and Qatar) in the rolling 365 days. A Gold tier member will earn 0.25% of the value spend on Digital, and 0.75% of the value spend on Hardware, Laptops, Computers, and PC Components, and 5% of the value spend on Merchandise, Software, and Accessories Products. To maintain the Gold Tier, a member must have spent AED 5,000 (or AED 5,000 equivalent currency spent in K.S.A., Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman, and Qatar) in the last 365 days. Failure to meet this requirement may result in a downgrade to the Silver Tier.
- The Platinum Tier is achieved when a member spends AED 20,000 (or AED 20,000 equivalent currency in K.S.A., Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman, and Qatar) in the rolling 365 days. A Platinum tier member will earn 0.50% of the value spend on Digital, and 1% of the value spend on Hardware, Laptops, Computers, and PC Components, and 10% of the value spend on Merchandise, Software, and Accessories Products. To maintain the Platinum Tier, a member must have spent AED 20,000 (or AED 20,000 equivalent currency spent in K.S.A., Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman, and Qatar) in the last 365 days. Failure to meet this requirement may result in a downgrade to the Gold or Silver Tier.
- Tier upgrades and downgrades are calculated based on spending within the last 365 days.
- The rules related to tiers can be modified or changed by the Geekay Group at its sole discretion.
- Members can earn XPs when they redeem Geekay Gift Cards, but XPs will not be issued upon the purchase of a Geekay Gift Card.
- For retail store pre-orders, customers cannot redeem XPs or use accrued XPs when initially placing the order. However, they will have the option to redeem or utilize accrued XPs when collecting the pre-ordered products.
- The XPs are issued based on the net amount paid using Cash, Credit Card, or Debit Card, excluding any applicable taxes, shipping charges, or other fees.
- Geekay Group reserves the right to reject the reward or redemption of XPs in case of failure to pay for purchases, breach of these conditions, or any legal reasons, and the member shall have no entitlement to claim the XPs.
- XPs cannot be transferred between member accounts. However, a member can change the mobile number by editing the mobile number on the Mobile Application and re-validating the same.
- XPs can never be exchanged or transferred to cash. However, they can only be claimed against purchases in Geekay Rewards participating stores or on Geekay Websites.
- Geekay Group will deduct XPs at the time of refund if any awarded-on purchase.
- All XPs belong to Geekay Group and may never be exchanged for goods not approved by Geekay Group.
- Coupon and Vouchers
- Coupons can be redeemed through the Geekay Rewards Mobile Application or on the Websites. Geekay Websites coupons are eligible only for Members whose Geekay Rewards account is linked to the Geekay Website Account.
- The coupon is exclusive to members; only Geekay Rewards members can avail of it. Vouchers cannot be transferred to other members.
- The coupons can be specific to a product, store, city, and/or country, and their usage is subject to the terms and conditions of the promotion mentioned on the Mobile Application. The coupons are exclusively for Geekay Rewards members, and they cannot be transferred to other members.
- The validity of the coupon varies for different promotions and is determined by the Geekay Group. Members can check the coupon expiry date on the Mobile Application.
- Depending on the promotion, coupons may be valid for single or multiple uses during the promotion period (as specified in the coupon's terms and conditions).
- The coupons may or may not be applicable for use on sale items or for purchasing gift cards.
- Geekay Group reserves the right to approve or terminate membership at its sole discretion for any reason, including but not limited to failure to comply with these Terms & Conditions, providing false or misleading information, abusing membership privileges, not using membership for 12 months, bankruptcy, or death. In the event of termination, Geekay Group shall not be liable to the member for any XPs remaining in the member's account. All XPs, as well as any other demographic data, will be deleted from the member's account upon termination.
- The Members have the option to delete their account in the Mobile Application by accessing the Settings section and submitting a request for deletion (which will be validated by OTP). It's important to note that deleting the account from the Mobile Application will result in the permanent deletion of all historical data associated with the member's Geekay Rewards Account in the mobile application, but the account associated with other Geekay Platforms like Websites will remain active. As per banking and other regulations, the Geekay Group will keep any transactional data related to the account on the websites or Mobile Applications including MSISDN, Date of consent gathering, time of consent gathering, Channel type (web or app), Channel value (URL or app name), Digital ID (system generated I.D. or log or customer email I.D.). The membership of the deleted account will automatically expire, and the Geekay Group may contact the deactivated member for any Geekay Rewards-related activities.
- The Geekay Group shall not be held liable for any XPs remaining in the member's account after the account has been deleted. Please note that all XPs and demographic data will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
- Geekay Group is not responsible for any loss or corruption of data, breach of confidentiality or any personal preferences of the customer. The customer or any third party cannot make any claim against Geekay Group in this regard.
- Geekay Group is not responsible for any lost XPs or discrepancies in the XPs earned by a member, or any claims for damage to a mobile phone due to the use of the Geekay Rewards membership or the Geekay Mobile application.
- The member is solely responsible for ensuring the safety and security of their mobile phone, Geekay Mobile application, and/or credentials, if any. Geekay Group will not be held liable for any loss, theft, damage, or unauthorized use of the mobile phone, membership, Geekay Mobile application, or Geekay Rewards account.
- If a member loses their mobile phone or SIM card, they must inform the Geekay Group immediately. Failure to do so will result in the member being held liable for any loss of XPs, and Geekay Group will not be held responsible for any loss resulting from such events.
- Geekay Group excludes all conditions and warranties, whether expressed or implied, regarding the state, suitability, quality, fitness, or safety of any reward provided, including those arising under legislation. Any liability that cannot be entirely excluded is limited, where permitted, to either replacing or crediting the value of the loyalty points (XPs) at Geekay Group's discretion.
- Geekay Group will not be held responsible for any technical faults caused by third parties or service providers as they are outside of Geekay Group's control. However, the Group will make every effort to resolve the issue to the best of their abilities.

- Geekay Group's decision on all matters related to the membership shall be considered final and binding on all parties involved.
Prices and Availability of Products
The prices and availability of products listed on Geekay Websites or the Geekay Mobile application are subject to change. In the event of errors, we will correct them as soon as they are discovered. Despite our best efforts, it is possible that some products may be listed with incorrect prices. We will usually verify prices before dispatching the product, and if the correct price is lower than the stated price, we will charge the lower amount. If the correct price is higher than the price stated on our website, we will contact you for further instructions or reject your order and notify you of such rejection. We are not obligated to provide products at an incorrect, lower price, even after sending an Order Confirmation or a Shipping Confirmation, if the pricing error is obvious and could have been recognized by you.
If you place an order for a product that is subsequently unavailable, we may cancel your order without penalty. We cannot guarantee the availability of products and acknowledge that they may sell quickly. If you receive a Shipping Confirmation for an unavailable product, we may rescind our acceptance and cancel your order without penalty.
Orders
- Pre-Orders: When a product is made available for pre-order, we provide our best estimate of the expected availability date. We will make every effort to meet this availability date. However, production and shipping schedules may change, and we will adjust the timing accordingly.. Please note that payment for all pre-order items will be processed immediately upon placing your order.
- Bulk/Multiple Purchasing: We reserve the right to reject orders that we suspect involve bulk purchasing or multiple units of the same product at our discretion.
Payments
By placing an order, you give us or our third-party payment processor consent to process your payment for the total amount of your order. In some transactions, you may be required to provide us with a photo ID and proof of address, as well as an image of the card used to make the payment.
To process payments, we may need to create an account for you with our third-party payment processors, which may involve agreeing to their standard terms and conditions and providing your information to them on your behalf. By placing an order, you consent to our creation of such an account and agree that we shall not be responsible for any damages or losses you may incur.
Digital Product Purchases
- OTP Validation Requirement: To complete any purchase of a digital product on our website or app, mobile and email OTP validation is mandatory for logging in. This process is necessary for issuing codes.
- Code Delivery: The code (PIN) will not be sent to your email or mobile number. You can view it exclusively in your Geekay virtual account, either on the website or app depending on where you made the purchase. Log in to your Geekay virtual account at anytime to access your code (PIN).
- Code Accuracy and Condition: We guarantee that the code (PIN) you receive will match the description and be in working condition. If you find that the product does not match the description, please contact us within 24 hours.
- Refunds and Exchanges: Please note that we do not offer refunds or exchanges for digital products.
- Payment Method Restrictions: We only issue codes (PINs) for payments made with 3-D Secure credit and debit cards.
Shipping
The term shipping or ship includes the commencement of shipping items in an order for multiple purchases or where the item purchased consists of components that must be shipped separately. For example, your order may consist of
- Several different items,
- A quantity of the same item, or
- A single item with several parts the size of which might require them to be shipped in separate packages.
In all such orders, we endeavour to ship out individual packages together so that they arrive at the same time; however, when that is not possible, we begin shipping by shipping separate boxes in the order that allows each product to reach the soonest time possible. In these instances, our notification to you that your order has shipped marks the time when shipping has commenced; it does not mean that all items in the order have shipped at that time. All packages sent have a separate tracking number and may be followed on the Order Status page. You agree that credit cards and debit cards are to be charged on the date of order placed, not the date of shipping.
Please be aware that credit and debit cards will be charged on the date the order is placed, not on the date of shipping.
Delivery
Product(s) will be delivered to the delivery address provided by the customer. Geekay Websites or the Geekay Mobile application will use its discretion in selecting a reputable carrier and appropriate means of delivery.
The estimated delivery dates provided by us are only estimates and are not considered part of the contract. We strive to deliver the products promptly, but unexpected delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. We will not be held liable for any delay or failure to deliver the product(s) within the estimated delivery time.
Any tariffs, customs restrictions, customs clearance, or other regulations that apply in destination countries are the customer's responsibility to pay for any charges levied by the authorities and comply with the respective laws of the receiving country.
The courier will make up to three delivery attempts. After this, if the product(s) are undeliverable, they will be returned to us. It is the customer's responsibility to pay for the expenses incurred to return the product(s) to us. The returned product(s) may be sold to other customers, and we will not reserve or re-deliver them to the customer.
Please note that courier companies only provide delivery services within major city limits. Shipments to areas beyond these limits, known as Outside Delivery Areas (ODA) or No Service Areas (NSA), will be delivered once or twice a week, or cancelled if dispatched to an NSA.
The courier will make up to three delivery attempts. After this, if the product(s) are undeliverable, they will be returned to us and considered undeliverable.
The customer assumes the risk of loss or damage of the product(s) once it/they is/are dispatched by us to the carrier.
Customs, Duties and Taxes.
International orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are typically collected once the shipment arrives in the recipient’s country
Any additional costs related to customs clearance must be paid by the recipient. Geekay has no control over these charges and cannot predict the exact amount, as customs policies vary widely by country

Please Note: We do not offer returns or exchanges for international orders. All international sales are final. For any issues with damaged or defective products, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos and relevant details, and we will do our best to assist you. (Shipping fees, customs duties, and taxes are non-refundable.)
Cancellation of order
In case you wish to cancel your order, please send an email to [email protected] within 24 hours of receiving your order confirmation. If your order is not been shipped, we will cancel the order and will process a refund.
Please note that for international orders, we cannot cancel the order once it has been shipped.
No Refund Policy on digital products!
Your request for a refund will be processed within eight business days, and it may take up to 30 days for the refund to reflect on your credit card.
Defective / Replacement
If a product purchased from Geekay Websites or the Geekay Mobile application is defective or incorrect, the customer must report the issue within 24 hours of receipt and include photo documentation in the email submission to [email protected]The defective item will be reviewed by a Customer Service agent, and if applicable, a replacement will be issued for damaged products only. It's important to note that blemishes to packaging or slight manufacturing variations will not be considered as part of a damaged item, and replacements will be at the discretion of the Customer Service agent.
Please note that minor paint flaws or figure positioning variations will not be eligible for replacement. Funko Pops! may show minor paint or packaging imperfections, which Funko does not consider as defects. While Geekay strives to deliver products in the best condition possible, it cannot accept returns due to minor flaws or minor package damage.
It's important to keep in mind that replacements for sold-out or older archived items cannot be guaranteed, as inventory may not always be available.
Warranty
Consoles (Hardware), Games (Software), accessories, and subscription cards do not carry any warranty. However, some products have different warranty conditions depending on the manufacturer only if stated on the products page. Customers can contact Geekay's customer service team at [email protected] to make a warranty claim.
Extended Warranty (when purchased) – cover is provided by AAA – Warranty Service Inc
- Cover begins upon expiry of the manufacturer's warranty (2 years after purchase in KSA; and 1 year after purchase in UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain and Oman)
- Extended warranty covers hardware only (Console or VR Headset)
- Accessories are not covered (Controllers, Remote Controls etc.)
- Warranty covers parts, parts replacement or repair as necessary – it does not cover time or damage to personal properties, loss of revenue or other damages resulting therefrom
- Warranty covers all mechanical and electrical failures that occur during normal use and 100% parts and labour with zero deductible
- If the costs of repairing the device including spare parts and labour are more than or equal to the purchase price of the device stated on the invoice, the hardware will be considered ‘damaged beyond repair’. The customer will be compensated with the value of the hardware after deducting the depreciation rate as follows:
- 1st year of product life 15%
- 2nd year of product life 25%;
- 3rd year of product life 35%;
- 4th year of product life (KSA only) 45%
- Exclusions: Damage from misuse or repair at unapproved service centres; manipulation of serial numbers or unauthorised tampering with the hardware – removal / changing of components
System Requirements
Make sure to check the system requirements before purchasing any video game or software. Different games and software have specific region codes and may not work in other regions. For example, PAL video games may not work on NTSC machines.
For PC video games, please check the minimum hardware specifications required. Please note that some video games may have higher hardware requirements and may not work on lower-specification PCs.
Disclaimer
Our platforms are provided “as is” and without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our platforms will be error-free or uninterrupted, that defects will be corrected, or that our platforms or the servers that make them available are free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not warrant or make any representations regarding the use or the results of the use of our platforms in terms of their correctness, accuracy, reliability, or otherwise.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall we be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use our platforms or any content or services provided through our platforms, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us and our affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents harmless from and against any claims, actions, or demands, including, without limitation, reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising from or in connection with your use of our platforms or your breach of these terms and conditions.
Kuwait
